Warping Stage
Warping plays a crucial role in the denim dyeing process by preparing the warp yarns for dyeing.
During the warping process, the warp yarns are wound onto a beam or section beams, which are large cylindrical spools. This allows for efficient handling and feeding of the yarns during the subsequent dyeing process
The warp yarns are the vertical threads that run parallel to the selvage edge of the fabric.
