Social compliance standards

The corporate culture we apply is the fundament of our social compliance policy. We believe our employees are the most valuable assets of our company. We also believe everyone who wears clothes and produces them should feel good. Hence, we operate according to clear ethical codes and set consistently high social compliance standards

The Higg Facility Social & Labour Module (FSLM) is a globally recognized assessment tool dedicated to measuring and evaluating the working conditions, safety, and social impact of manufacturing facilities. Based on the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) framework, it provides a unified standard for ethical production in the textile and apparel industry.
By utilizing Higg FSLM, we track our performance across crucial metrics such as fair wages, working hours, health and safety protocols, and employee well-being. This universal module helps us streamline the auditing process, reduce audit fatigue, and focus our resources on driving meaningful, positive change for our workforce.

ISO 45001:2018 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ISO 45001:2018 is an important milestone in establishing a sustainable business model. The standard gives guidance for occupational health and safety standards and enables an organization to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving its OH&S performance. ISO 45001:2018 eliminates hazards and minimizes OH&S risks, takes advantage of OH&S opportunities, and addresses OH&S nonconformities associated with activities.
